About Woodside Baptist Church
- 🏰 Wonderful architecture and good community.
- 💒 Never been to this service before, but there are some significant differences compared to my old church. More music on the platform, multiple screens, and a welcome leaflet. Felt at home seeing familiar faces.
- 🚌 Easy to get to on the bus, with a stop right outside. Only took 11 minutes from Thornton Heath Leisure center.
- 😊 Very good and friendly people in the church.
- 📖 Sermons are inspirational and Bible-based. Visitors are made to feel especially welcome.
- 😃 Enjoyed my stay there.
- 🚪 If size were a measure of the human heart, this place is like a TARDIS – small on the outside but enormous on the inside.
- 💃 Lively and welcoming church with a great music group.
- Mixed opinions:
- ➡️ I don’t know if church is for me as an adult who grew up going to church, but it definitely feels more like a traditional place of worship compared to other community centers I’ve been to in our area.
- ➡️ Went for Kumon maths class – nice big hall and easy parking.
- ❤️ Coffee morning welcome for all attendees.
