- 👍 They fail to supply prescription medicine at repeat-time and never answer the phone for any inquiries. Management should investigate and rehire/retrain.
- 😊 Never had a problem with the chemist, always helpful and polite. The MyGP app was playing up, so phoned the chemist to order my prescription on my behalf, and they did it right away. Also had a good experience with getting a flu jab done earlier.
- 👍 Well stocked in general and the staff is nice. However, had to return multiple times for a flu jab as the nurse wasn’t available on multiple occasions.
- 😊 Friendly and helpful staff. You can get prescriptions delivered here electronically from your GP, which is convenient. However, their weekend hours have been reduced.
- 👎 In recent years, it takes several visits to get your full prescription. They tend to blame the doctor but there have been issues like incorrect items or doses in the past too.
- 👎 Found the staff in Walthamstow Market store lacking customer service skills – one was not knowledgeable while another seemed annoyed.
