- 🔍 The reviewers were originally meant to stay at number 20 but were moved to room 57, which was a 10-minute walk away.
- 🐭 Mouse poison traps and droppings were found in the hallways on every floor.
- ⚠️ The carpet was stained, ripped, and chewed in places, making it dangerous on the stairs. Some of the floorboards also creaked loudly.
- 🛏️ The bed base was badly ripped and frayed, with a noticeable dip in the middle. Springs were sticking out of the mattress as well.
- 👗 Not enough coat hangers (only 4) were provided in the wardrobe for a two-night stay.
- 📺 Poor TV signal resulting in an unclear channel reception.
- 💧 Insufficient toiletries other than a bar of soap. The shower had limescale buildup and only dribbled water instead of spraying properly – causing discomfort for one reviewer’s girlfriend.
- ❄️ No door on the freezer box inside the fridge resulted in food freezing unexpectedly.
- ✨ There are mixed opinions regarding slow internet speed and unfriendly staff.
