I am happy to recommend W&S. I have had positive experiences with them as a buyer and a seller. Adam is very knowledgeable about the local market and property in general, and gave helpful advice. I felt that he knows what he’s talking about, and is honest. It meant that I could trust Adam. He was generous with his time and very responsive, including outside of normal working hours. Charlotte did the viewings on my sale. She was also easy to deal with, good at communicating, and I felt as though potential buyers found her professional and likeable.

We are so impressed with the whole team at Wayne & Silver. Choosing an estate agent was not an easy task but after meeting with Georgia, Cassie & Snooky we were sold. They took the time to show they really cared about us, our home, good business practice and attention to detail. That has remained 100% true throughout the rental process of our property. We were kept apprised of photography shoots, viewings, feedback, background checks and received timely updates before we even had to ask for them.
They provided excellent recommendations on contract clauses, cleaning services, small bits of advice and have made us and (we hope) our tenants very happy. I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and level of communication now that our tenants are in the property.
As a landlord (and from what I have seen as a tenant as well) they are a great company to work with and have advertise, list, manage & rent/sell your property). Thanks to the whole team!!!

Nova Qiu
Mark is the selling agent for the property we purchased in NW3. It was a duplex property that requires total renovation. We had to inspect the property several times with architect and designer. All staff from Wayne & Silver are very helpful and all enquiries dealt efficiently by Mark, Snooky and Robert. Would highly recommend this company.

Truly outstanding,, friendly and professional service that gets results quickly.
We had a failed sale at the point of exchange with another agent which wasted almost 9 months.
We were desperate to sell our beautiful flat in Belsize square so we could move on with our lives.
I then did some research as to what makes a good agent and Wayne and Silver ticked all the boxes.
Adam was amazing, he is literally available 7 days a week, has comprehensive advertising on all the main websites, but does not rely on this as he has a portfolio of contacts.
He found our sale through one of these. His attention to detail in unsurpassed and he was always pleasant to deal with and had a vast experience having worked in business for many years.
He got us a buyer, a good price for our flat sale and it was all done really quickly.
