This was an amazing place. The staff was very profecional, the drinks were amazing. Ozan was very kind and gave very good advice on what to eat. I would recommend it 100%

I don’t recommend on getting a takeaway. I bought a £15 donburi and the food portion is less than half of the container. In other wagamamas, I at least get half of the container.

Such a disappointing experience at this Wagamamas. I was so surprised as I am normally a fan. In a group of 3, my main food order was forgotten and misunderstood. The waitress apologized and said there had been a mix up. She took it off of the bill which was a kind gesture.
However when it arrived, the noodles were not the ones I had ordered. I was hungry by that time so I ate some of them anyway. Although I did not finish as they were very bland and flavourless compared to the all other Wagamama restaurants I have visited. Did the chef miss something out?
Also the bathroom toilets were blocked and very dirty in general.
I really would avoid this one.

The day after eating chicken katsu there, I had food poisoning. The waiter was very unpleasant, he threw the bill on the table so quickly I had to wait another 10 minutes to say I wanted to pay with a credit card. I don’t recommend it. I will never go to this restaurant again.

Ordered the vegan calamari. It was burnt, dry and under seasoned. Same with the gyoza ramen, lacked flavour and broth was really thin and plain. Had the ramen at other wagamama places and its usually delicious, but not this time unfortunately.

We had Thai curry, stir fried noodle, ramen, and fried calamari, all of which tasted fabulous. Plus, staffs were so lovely.

The staff where mainly inattentive and unfriendly. The aircon is very cold and they said that they can’t adjust it They forgot to put our order through so my 6year old and I had to over 35mins for our food while all the other customers where getting their orders. One off service issues or issues with one staff member are nothing to be noted – but persistent issues from multiple staff members is very off putting.

They serve Pad Thai without any peanut’s. How can it be a Pad Thai without peanuts?! The Miso Soup was delightful but I found the Yasai Veg Noodles dry and underwhelming. I will go back because of the drinks, soup and the staff were very friendly.

The food is amazing but some of the staff definitely needs to learn some manners. We are loyal customers and particularly enjoy the Hampstead branch. Today we called them to ask if it would be possible to not leave the noodles in the ramen for an order we placed with them from Deliveroo, as when the food arrives the noodles have been sitting in broth for so long they are terribly over cooked. The man on the phone told us it is not possible to make any changes, which we understand, but we felt like he couldn’t care less and then hang up the phone without even saying goodbye. If you want to work in customer service, our advice is to learn how to prioritise customer experience and retention.
