- 👎 Shocking service. My contract is up in January and I’ll go to a different provider. Kept charging me for an old phone that I swapped for an upgrade to a new phone.
- 👍 After struggling with the webchat and phone line advisors for such a simple request, I decided to try my luck and visit the store. Pritam, the store manager, was super supportive and helpful, and resolved my issue in a matter of minutes!
- 👍 I have had Vodafone broadband and Wi-Fi very happily for over 4 years. The lovely people In the shop organised a new installation but when I looked worried I was advised the engineer would just sort it out from the box, although there was a chance he may need to come into the house for a little while.
- 😕 Last Wednesday at 8 am, the engineer phoned to say he was on his way without any warning text! When he arrived he said he could only install it at an outside wall with a socket. My bedroom is now where my landline is located so it’s inconvenient.
