- 🎉 The club is fun, but some VIP seating areas upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, making it super hot.
- 💼 VBO staff could improve customer service and communication.
- 🚽 Toilets were nice and presentable.
- 🚪 Fire exits were not visible to customers, raising health and safety concerns. Access for individuals with limited mobility should be considered.
- ⏳ Getting information from the on-site manager took some time. Conflict resolution training is needed to improve customer-management relations.
- 👮 Security personnel were professional and treated customers with dignity and respect.
- 💃 The night life at VBO Exclusive Lounge has a great vibe reminiscent of Nigerian clubs. A £10 gate fee was worth it for the DJ’s great work.
- ⬆ It would have been even better if there wasn’t a private event blocking access to seats upstairs. Standing for hours in heels without anywhere to sit was a downside.

Can you please inform me of your complaints procedure. I visited your venue yesterday with my husband and we paid full price to get in – which is fine. After about 5 minutes of entering I realised that I had left my inhaler for my asthma in my vehicle. My husband went to get my inhaler as it is imperative medication for me. However, he was then not allowed back in to the venue. I then had to go outside and then I was not allowed back in to the venue. I explained my situation to the door staff but they rudely just kept saying that we were not allowed back in. People were coming in and out of the venue to smoke and they were allowing them to re enter. I find this very unfair and I will be raising this further
