- 👤 “I visited this pub as part of a large birthday party and we spent a lot of money. The bar staff struggled to keep up with the number of customers, resulting in long wait times at the bar. I wanted to split my bill between cash and card but was asked to be more considerate in the future because they were busy.”
- 💳 Later on, when I wanted to pay with cash, I was told there was no change in the till and had to pay with my card instead. This was inconvenient because I was ordering for someone else and didn’t want to go back and get their card. Not everyone wants to pay by card so they should have enough cash available.
- 🚫 In my opinion, they need to improve their ability to handle busy evenings as it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
- 🎉 On another note, there was a Lionel Richie tribute act on one night which made it an amazing night out! The pub is spacious and perfect for dancing.
- 🍻 Overall, it’s a great pub with good beer and friendly staff.
