- 🍽️ Amazing food and vibe, with lovely servers. Slow service at the start, but the food came quickly and was delicious.
- 🌙 Nice spot for evening dinner, with good overall food and generous portions. Fish pie was average. Relaxed atmosphere with great views.
- 🏞️ Lovely location with a river view, perfect for a Sunday family meal. Food shortage (no cauliflower cheese) was disappointing, as promised compensation wasn’t provided. Service was slow on Father’s Day despite having a reservation.
- 🍴 Portion sizes were not satisfying – roast beef felt like a steak and pork roast was dry. However, the duck liver pate starter and dessert were enjoyable. Willing to give it another try in case it was an off day.
- 💯 Wonderful gastro pub! Great lunch experience on Thursday at 12:30pm with my son.
