About The King’s Head
- 🍽️ Lunch was very good, no faults, but other tables experienced frustration due to a shortage of serving staff and had to collect their own cutlery.
- 👍 Second visit had a good atmosphere and the food was generally enjoyed, except for the chicken ballotin which was disappointing. But overall, still a positive experience.
- 😊 First-timers loved their roast beef dinner and appreciated the good service. The pictures didn’t do justice to the food.
- 💯 A reviewer had a delicious roast dinner with perfectly cooked pork crackling and enjoyed a tasty Bloody Mary.
- 🎉 One person celebrated their 50th birthday at The King’s Head and had an amazing experience with fabulous atmosphere, delicious food, and lovely staff.
- ✅ Food was okay overall but one customer found the roast pork loin tough. Customer service was good though they were busy. Pork belly was juicy and tender. White wine Chardonnay was sweet and fruity.
- 🍹 Two specific cocktails were recommended: Dark and Stormy by Nicola, and perfect Irish Coffee by Lucy.
- ⭐ Stunning venue with ample natural light due to oversized arch windows.
