- 🏨 The location is excellent for training in London and the surrounding area.
- 👍 The staff provide excellent service and are very helpful.
- ❌ However, the hotel is closing down soon and there have been maintenance issues in the rooms, such as broken Jacuzzis, non-working TVs, and faulty safes.
- 😔 It’s a shame for the lovely staff who will be made redundant due to its closure.
