- 🌟 Gorgeous place, great experience for stadium tour.
- 🌟 Good size shop with plenty of Arsenal merchandise and shirt customization.
- 🌟 Ridiculous amounts of choice and friendly staff.
- 💔 Mixed opinions on the tour, some had a terrible experience with unhelpful staff while others enjoyed it.
- 💔 Awful online shopping experience with wrong item sent and hostile customer service.
- 💰 Very busy on match days, wished they could buy most of the stock if they had the money.
- 😊 Place to unwind, despite a not so good season in 2018/19. Home of the EPL!
- 💔 Diabolical security before the game, long queues at food and drink stalls. Disappointing and disorganized by Arsenal football club. Hoping for improvement in future games at Emirates Stadium.
