Taste was nice, but overall quality needs improving. Our sushi fell apart even before my chopsticks touched the sushi. And the salmon sashimi wasn’t cut properly, with bone still inside.
With the premium price I paid, I’d be more forgiving if the product quality is also premium. (And not just the taste)

Placed a good to go order. Got a gourmet mix for £4.50. Blown away by the bargain and the exceptional quality of the food. Really good to stop food wastage. Excellent friendly service as well. You would have thought i paid full price.

Preposterously overpriced sushi. £17 for a box that should cost £10 – £12 at the very most. You can find freshly made sushi at Hana down the alley opposite for half the price. I bought 8 yellowtail rolls and salmon sashimi for £15 total, a much more reasonable deal. They’d have way more customers if they priced their sushi at a fairer price.

I felt the delivery service was abit lacking in quality. I ordered 2 nigiri but they only delivered one nigiri piece. I also thought the quality of the delivery boxes could be improved. There was the occasional bit of dirt. However the quality of the sushi was excellent

So I felt like having some Sushi yesterday (22/9/2019), ordered some (for the first time ever from the Sushi Shop) by Deliveroo.
Super expensive. Was expecting good quality but was really disapointing.
Didn’t finished and all I ate was purely because was really hungry.
Put the rest in the fridge and forgot about it.
Today (23/09/2018) opening the fridge, remebered the sushi left and decided to bin it as it is raw fish and you know…. needs to be fresh… when noticed that the expiry date was 21/09/2018.
So… when I ordered they sent me already EXPIRED RAW FISH!.
Are they really joking????
This is not a question of bad quality only… its freaking expired raw fish!!!

This is what you get when one of these mediocre Sushi places open in your neighborhood: dozens of Deliveroo bikers permanently parked out in front ready to grab the next takeaway order.
Food itself is very substandard, we have two better Sushi places in Hampstead (one excellent) so the locals won’t go and all this place is left with is the home delivery market.

Love that they’re so many nice options, great prices as well and the sushi is made fresh, on top of that its excellent service, the box I wanted wasn’t on the shelf and I asked how long it would take to make and got it in about 5mins, also when I went in store this evening they were playing Christmas music, that’s always a plus and the staff seem super friendly. I sat down and had a nice late lunch in a comfortable clean environment and the sushi itself was fresh and extremely tasty. 10/10 recommend

From outside very good, however
(15/01/2021) the cashier was rude, kind of gave me the feeling of refusing to serve me. ( I said to myself okay everyone can have bad day, didnt say anything to her)
She took my order and then,
I Asked if there is cooked sushi he said at the moment the Kitchen is very busy with deliveries only whats in the shelf. At the end I got my food which was nice, but overall I would not go again.

Poorest customer service I have received. I normally eat from here from time to time and love their sushi. Now I wanted some information on TooGoodToGo partnership they are doing, I asked few questions about it and the customer advisor looked at me at disgust and made me feel really uncomfortable. Telling me its food that is going in the rubbish. If you are going to see people using that service in a certain way then please don’t partner up with them, or maybe train the staff properly
