- 👍 Rahi provided excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make the experience memorable.
- 👎 3rd time order didn’t arrive, no one answered the phone, won’t use again.
- 👎 Slow service, had to ask for order multiple times, charged wrong price, soft drinks were watery.
- 👍 Food is always good! Fresh, flavorful, and footlongs are reasonably priced at £6.50. Hygiene is good too, with gloves used during food prep.
- 👍 Great choice of sandwiches and vegetarian options, seating area available. Staff is friendly and efficient.
- 👎 Manager puts app orders on hold for 20 minutes, leading to long wait times for customers.
- 👎 Awful experience at the Welling branch—only one staff member working, asked to order quickly, insufficient food in sandwich.
- 👎 Wrong order on Uber Eats, store refused to send correct one, rude service. Refunded by Uber Eats. Ordered on July 6th.
- 👍 Normally clean shop, but one visit had poor front display and flies.
