- 📍 Great location, rooms have all the necessary amenities. Ground floor room facing the street was surprisingly quiet. Reception is only open from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, but nearby facility has 24-hour reception.
- 💼 Apartment complex with a small common patio. Clean room with well-prepared kitchen for short stays. Small bathroom lacks an outlet, only one available in the kitchen can be inconvenient for hair drying or shaving.
- 🌡️ It gets quite hot in the rooms. Conveniently located in a quiet area with train and metro stops within a 5-minute walk.
- ⛓️ A negative experience described as a “prison” and a “London nightmare.” Guest had issues with check-in and considered the service unprofessional. They had to deal with room issues until late at night.
- 👨💼 The guest specifically mentioned dissatisfaction with a staff member who worked during the night shift and referred to them as an “Indian guy.”
