- 👎 Super disappointed in the service. No progress made since May 2023, emails ignored and unhelpful calls to reception. Receptionist Jodie has an unhelpful attitude and lacks listening skills.
- 👍 Had an amazing experience here. Staff is warm and considerate, orthodontist frequently asked about my concerns and greeted me with a smile every time. Before and after pictures showed dramatic difference in my teeth.
- 👍 Lucky to have a professional and caring clinician named Irena for my son. Impressed by her kindness and understanding towards him, resulting in a beautiful smile.
- 👎 Don’t go here! Receptionists are very rude, lack transparency about treatment plan or updates on teeth progress. Braces worn for over 4 years instead of promised 18 months without any communication from orthodontist.
