• 👎 Some staff members are unhelpful and more focused on their mobile phones than assisting customers.
• 👍 One staff member, who was of Italian descent, used to be wonderful and greeted customers with a warm smile every morning.
• 😔 Unfortunately, the previous excellent staff member has been replaced with subpar ones.
• 🚂 Trains run four times an hour and there are hand sanitizers available since COVID-19.
• 📰 You can find copies of the Metro and Evening Standard to read at the station.
• ⏱️ The station has easy access to Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, but it can get busy if there are train cancellations or fast trains aren’t running from Euston.
• 💺 It’s usually easy to find a seat anytime at the station.
• ✅ Depending on time availability and destination, it’s convenient to travel up to Euston for a direct train to Wealdstone or Watford.
• 😊 The station is nice and quiet, with the West Coast Main Line passing by (though there’s a fence preventing extensive trainspotting).
• 💼 The facilities are okay, including a Dot Matrix Indicator that displays information about the next train.
