Our experience of Savills, Hampstead, is wholly positive. We had spent many frustrating months with a different Estate Agent before deciding to go to the top. We ran our own beauty parade of three major firms, and the Hampstead office of Savills came across the best.
Their team were on top of our needs straight away. Their assessment of our house was prompt and exact. Within days they identified two potential purchasers from clients already on their books, and the second of these moved swiftly to a good offer and exchange of contracts. We have achieved a good price and (a welcome extra) goodwill with our buyers.
The Savills team were excellent all through, but we would particularly like to single out Harriet Davies, who was our main contact. She showed the perfect combination of energy, charm and commitment for which we are very grateful.

I just wanted to say that by far Paige Ford MARLA is the best! She was so thorough and genuinely such a lovely person! I was nervous about the whole process and put my mind at ease instantly as she expressed so much knowledge about the area and made every step of the way flow just right! She was very inclusive and with detail was able to answer all of my questions at every point! I highly recommend her and all the staff here. Ali was also very helpful! They really put your mind at ease. Know that you are in good hands with trustworthy efficient staff.

I have been a professional landlord for over 30 years and having worked with around 25 different letting agents, I can highly recommend Savills. The latest letting they have arranged for me came with an excellent service. They took very good photographs of the property quickly, produced excellent details and were fast onto the market and within days had found me the perfect tenant. I was assisted by Lauren and Paige in the Hampstead office, both superb.
I do use more than one lettings agent but Savills are in my top four. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
