- 👍 Lady carrying out the procedure may not have done it around the eyes for some time.

- ⚠️ Salon treated the customer poorly after the procedure, changing their tune on expected results and offering more treatments instead of a refund.
- ✅ Eventually received half of the money back, but felt they should have been more apologetic.
- ❌ Customer will not go there again due to their negative experience with both the procedure and customer service.
