- 👠 Purchased a pair of shoes that broke after only being worn 2 times, store gave no assistance or apology, very disappointing service. Won’t be buying from River Island again.
- 😡 Had a negative experience with customer service at the Chesterfield store, manager didn’t even apologize for faulty shoes.
- 🚫 Zero stars for customer service, no help received when reporting a lost item in the Stratford Westfield store.
- 📦 Delivery option “Evri” has consistently been unreliable, items either arrive late or not at all. Suggests never using them as a courier again.
- ❌ Would strongly advise against purchasing from River Island due to poor experiences and lack of helpful customer service.
