👃 Lack of ventilation leads to strong cooking smells in the restaurant. Installation of a fan or ventilation system is needed.
🍔 Long wait time for two spicy ‘GIANT’ classic chicken burger meals, poor communication, and disappointment with the size and spiciness of the burgers.
👌 Halal food that exceeds expectations, particularly the chicken hot on pita, Grande, and Frango. Potato wedges are also highly recommended. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
😡 Frustrating experience with long wait times, overcooked/burnt food, and undercooked fries. Customer complaints were met with a promise to make another burger and provide replacement chips.
