- 🏋️♂️ Cheap and cheerful gym
- 🚫 Infrequent equipment maintenance (dumbbells sorted monthly, broken leg extension machine)
- ❄️ No heating in the changing room
- 💬 Staff responsive to feedback, but haven’t resolved ongoing issues
- 🚿 Hot water issue since February 24, 2023
- ✅ Recent improvements: all machines working well
- ➕ Layout has been greatly improved with new machines added
- 🔒 Lockers still a problem: many broken ones and hard to find an empty functioning one
- 😔 Overall decline since Pure Gym took over from Fitness First
- 💪 Personal trainers are friendly and professional.
