- 👍 Amazing gym, one of the best found during travels, worth it despite initial skepticism as a chain.
- 🏋️ Plenty of dumbbells and free weights for Olympic lifters, machines and cardio space available.
- 💪 Stretching and boot camp areas for dynamic training, spacious locker rooms with clean showers.
- 💻 Registration and payment required on their website, access using pincode without staff assistance.
- 🧖♀️ Only improvement suggested is the addition of a sauna.
- 😊 Impressed by the great variety of equipment but found the atmosphere serious and unfriendly in typical London fashion.
- 🧽 Equipment not always cleaned by others, had to ask staff to refill empty sanitizer stations.
- ❌ Staff not friendly or encouraging.
