6 Cool Pubs and Bars in West Hampstead: Our View

West Hampstead did not exist until the 1880s. The opening of the railway station in 1888 brought on the area’s rapid development. The region quickly went from a few wealthy mansions and their workers’ cottages to spreading into a working-class suburb.

Over the years, West Hampstead has attracted musicians, artists, writers and actors. It helped transform the area into the much sought-after place it is today. The area’s history means there is a variety of fantastic independent pubs and bars in West Hampstead.
