- 🙂 One staff member was extremely helpful and patient, making for a great experience. However, some other staff members were loud, unfriendly, and slow in their service.
- 🤔 The Oat Matcha drink received negative feedback as it lacked enough matcha and seemed more like hot milk.
- 😕 One customer found that the store closed earlier than expected despite checking Google for opening hours. There was also confusion regarding the closing time mentioned on the shop’s gate.
- 😃 Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly, offering a good food selection. However, there is one cashier who seems unengaged and doesn’t greet or say goodbye properly.
