About Premier Inn London Stratford hotel
- 📍 Great location and helpful staff, but had some issues with the room: air conditioning not working properly and a strong unpleasant smell coming from the wet room. This made the guests hesitant to stay again.
- 🍳 The breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean and bright. Beds were comfortable, bathroom newly refurbished, and staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They even gave a great deal on an evening meal. Highly recommended.
- 🍽️ The food at this Premier Inn branch in Stratford is pretty good, with someone who knows how to cook. Staff are friendly and attentive. Being located in the heart of Westfields shopping centre is a plus, as well as having the Olympic park nearby for walks or runs.
- 💜 Room was okay with an interesting touch of purple light behind the bed. Breakfast was average but nothing special. One staff member stood out as truly professional.
- 💰 Opted for a Premier Plus room at a reasonable price for London.
