- 🌟 Excellent 2-day stay in a clean and well-maintained Premier Inn hotel
- 👍 Room was nice, clean, and well presented
- 💁♀️ Reception staff were extremely polite, helpful, and courteous
- ↔️ Some confusion over room booking but staff resolved it satisfactorily
- ⏰ Difficulties with traffic during peak times for drivers due to location in Docklands
- 🚧 Hotel car park can get full, but alternative parking provided on a nearby building site
- 💼 Most guests seemed to be tradespeople working on local construction projects
- 🛌 Spacious rooms for two people with new and good-condition furniture
- ⏰ Noise from upstairs neighbors walking early in the morning
- ✈️ Railway noise and planes nearby, but location very close to railway station for easy access to city center
- 😊 Staff were friendly and always smiling
