- 👍 The lower priced furniture looked perfect initially and the Persian sales assistant inspected it with the customer.
- 🤷♀️ The customer decided to collect the furniture a couple of days later instead of waiting for 4 weeks.
- 👎 When collected, all the dining chairs had scratches on their legs and some even had scratches through to the metal.
- 😔 When questioned about this, another employee ignored the customer’s query and the Persian man denied that they were perfect in the shop.
- 😕 It seems that once they have your money, they don’t care about addressing any issues or offering refunds.
- ✋ The items weren’t wrapped as promised and were just shoved in their warehouse, resulting in scratches on the legs.
- ⚠️ Don’t be fooled by slightly cheaper prices compared to Furniture Village; there may be potential damage or quality issues with these items.
