• 👍 Booked a holiday last year and had the option for a full refund or to keep the money and book again this year due to COVID-19. Chose option 2 but had to pay a cancellation fee for a holiday that wasn’t booked yet, which was frustrating.
• 👎 Had to cancel a holiday twice due to COVID-19. Dealt with Richard who was great initially, but after Perfect Holidays was bought out, it became difficult to get in touch with them and receive a refund.
• 👍 Had an amazing experience with Perfect Holidays for their trip to Florida in 2018. Contacted them again for a West Coast US roadtrip in 2019 and received excellent customer service from Mel. Created an itinerary together and had the trip of a lifetime, becoming engaged during it.
• 👍 Highly recommend Perfect Holidays based on their past positive experiences, great customer service skills, and willingness to help create bespoke trips.
• ✨ Mixed opinions regarding refunds: one review frustrated by cancellation fees while another struggled to get their refund after the company’s buyout.
