• 🏠 The installation team, led by Tom, was polite, tidy, and professional. They took about 5 days to complete the installation around the customer’s schedule.
• 🔌 Even though there were some slight delays due to tricky roof tiles, the team went above and beyond by replacing chipped tiles to ensure a perfect match with existing ones.
• 📞 Central office communication was also great. The customer was promptly informed about any delays or issues during the installation process.
• ☀️ Since September, the panels have been producing loads of energy, even during winter months. They are happy with the cost-saving benefits and carbon reduction they’re experiencing.
