- 😕 Mixed opinions on the view from the window: it looked out onto a roof of another property undergoing construction work, but also allowed eye contact with builders.
- 👎 The room needed a total rehaul – everything from furniture to appliances required maintenance or replacement.
- 👍 Some positives include receiving a delivery of toilet roll during the stay and having access to nearby West Hampstead tube station.
- 😕 Mixed opinions on previous positive experiences at other NOX hotels – this particular visit left them disappointed compared to Waterloo and Hyde Park locations.
