- 👍 The receptionist was lovely when a group of 13 people arrived for a table.
- 🍽️ However, the waitstaff was slow to take drink and food orders.
- 🍹 Drinks took almost an hour to arrive, while food took even longer.
- 🥩 Some of the food was not cooked as requested, with one person receiving their dish almost 2 hours late.
- 🌶️ Multiple issues with the peppercorn sauce – only 3 out of 4 people received it and it was cold.
- 🐟 The black cod dish did not meet expectations and was described as steamed fish with sauce on top.
- 👎 One waitress was rude, but another waiter was funny and entertaining.
- 💰 After multiple issues, the manager provided a 10% discount and didn’t charge for the late meal.
- 💖 On the positive side, a different experience featured a lovely Turkish brunch in a calm and comfortable environment.
- 😊 Tia, the waitress, was praised for being helpful, polite, sweet, and doing an amazing job.
