Terrible!
For anyone wanting to buy some Mithai or related products, I suggest you take Nirala Sweets off your list. The name of a place alone is not enough, if the quality of their products is so low. I made a huge mistake going there yesterday. The products I bought were intended as additives to something we were making at home. But the quality of the bought products was so bad that it absolutely ruined our cooking at home. When I called them to complain, no one was interested in taking the call. The assistant manager told the manager to take the call, after which I was placed on hold for so long I finally had to hang up. So please, if you know what’s good for you, avoid Nirala!
