- 🏊♂️ Customer service is mixed, with some staff being hit and miss, but lifeguards and swimming teachers are friendly.
- 👶 The family splash area is usually empty during term time, which some find wasteful because it’s only for children up to 8 years old.
- 🏊♀️ There are more adult lane swims than general swims, which some people would like to see balanced more.
- ⌛ General swims should be consecutive to allow for double sessions without long waiting times in between – other centers offer this.
- 🅿️ Free parking is available and surprisingly not abused by non-members because there’s always space.
- 💪 Gym equipment at the center is good, but the facility could use a bit of a face-lift as some parts look like they’re falling apart.
