About New Motion Fitness
- 👍 Loved it! First time at the venue and first attempt at yoga, but it was exactly what I’ve been looking for. The instructor, Misha, was excellent and the atmosphere with chilled beats and calming lights was perfect. Will definitely be going back.
- 👍 Had a great first class! The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room where the class is held is amazing. A great spot to grab a drink or some street food after too. Looking forward to returning next week.
- 👍 Such a unique concept in fitness training that I absolutely love! The instructors are energetic and inspiring, and the workouts in the lightbox rooms are transcendent. Highly recommended.
- 😐 Mixed opinions on experience: Went to a hiit class and diva workout that didn’t match up with the pictures shown. The place was very dark with no lights on the walls, giving off a smell of dampness. Concrete floors weren’t pleasant for working out either. Quality of workouts were considered average.
- 👍 Great variety of classes offered at New Motion Fitness with friendly staff who make sure classes are fun for everyone.
