- 🙁 Waiting in a queue with only one person serving, while two staff members stood around doing nothing. Some feel that NatWest Woolwich is trying to push customers towards online banking, which isn’t always convenient or possible for everyone.
- 😡 One customer had a terrible experience at reception and felt that the bank was unhelpful when they needed assistance or wanted to close their account.
- ⏳ Transferring money at the branch took an extremely long time, although the staff member handling the transaction was friendly. It’s recommended to only go there if you have plenty of time to spare.
- 🚫 The NatWest app failed to recognize one customer’s ID for a new account. When they sought help from staff members at the Woolwich branch, they were unable to assist. However, LLOYDS bank next door provided immediate help in opening their account and verifying their ID.
- 🤔 One person who is terminally ill, semi disabled, and digitally dyslexic struggled with using NatWest’s website after accidentally deleting their mobile app. They didn’t receive much useful advice from NatWest on how to proceed.
