• 🍗 Good food at a reasonable price with great combos and meal options.
• 👍 The customer service is decent, despite some employees not speaking good English.
• 💦 Sometimes the front of the shop can get messy at night, although the kitchen area always looks clean.
• ⚠️ Mixed opinions on the food quality and service – one customer had missing items, soggy and cold chips, but the boss apologized and fixed the order. Another customer complained about wings being more sauce than chicken, limited chips, and mostly bone in the breast. They won’t be returning because of this decline in quality.
• 🙏🏾 Plea for the original staff to come back.

• 👎 Very rude staff at the Downham Way location, with one employee ignoring a waiting customer. The reviewer left and went to the recently opened Morleys at Burnt Ash Lane, but the BBQ wings were dry and tasted burnt there. The behavior of the staff on 17/11/2022 at Downham Way was unacceptable.
