- ☕ Mocha tasted like watered-down tea, lacked coffee flavor
- 😡 Poor service when wife urgently needed food from the shop, staff didn’t care or start making the order promptly
- ⌛️ Extremely long wait time of 2 hours for food ordered through Deliveroo, lied about the food being on its way
- ❌ False advertising about offering 2-4-1 Meerkat meals, disappointment and inability to communicate properly.
