📦 Poor service for Evri collection, packages all over the floor and have to rummage through them yourself. Many packages go missing.
👍 Evri drop off is easy and simple. Polite service. Snacks and groceries are available.

😡 Rude store owner not aware of his responsibility. Contradiction between what the evri returns machine says (store owner package) vs sticking a message on the machine telling people to do it themselves. Refused to stick down an open envelope, blaming customer’s lack of “common sense” for not packaging correctly.
