• 👍 Failed to show up inspite of taking payment upfront at the point of booking.
• – It took 2 phone calls for them to confirm a car had not been sent at which point they would have arrived 1hr15 late, so another option had to be found.
• 👎 I cannot encourage you to avoid this company enough.
• – 45 minutes late for a pre-booked 7 am airport run.
• – Taxi office kept stating the driver was ‘just around the corner’ multiple times over half an hour.
• – Driver blames traffic and claims receiving notice of pickup only 5 minutes before.
• 🌟 In summary, an incompetent, rude, and unprofessional outfit. Many other taxi companies are available in Putney.
• 👎 These guys have multiple names and phone numbers – avoid all of them.
• – Totally incompetent booking experience with an incredibly late driver who couldn’t find the address and drove poorly.
• 👍 Came on time and took me where I needed to go.
• 🌟 Always my first choice for going to Heathrow Airport.
• – Good price, friendly drivers who are helpful.
• – The service has been used for three years without any issues.
