About Matizz Bar & Lounge
- 🎉 Went for a friend’s birthday but the venue was tight, making it difficult to sit down and move around. Some tables were squashed together, causing inconvenience.
- 🍽️ The set menu was disappointing with basic food. The main meal consisted of only 2 chicken wings, 2 chicken shish cubes, 1 piece of lamb, and plain rice that lacked flavor. The dessert was just fruit on a plate. Not worth the £25 price tag.
- 💳 Issues occurred during payment as their card machine had no signal. Guests had to find a cash point about 25 minutes away, which seemed unfair since it wasn’t their fault. No alternatives were offered.
- 🔊 Loud music made it impossible to have conversations and enjoy oneself comfortably in the bar & lounge. It was so loud that they wanted to wait outside but were stopped from leaving by the manager/owner who even called them thieves.
