- 🌟 The massages at Mandara Spa by Rhiannon were fantastic and the selection of fruit, nuts, cookies, and teas in the relaxation area was delicious.
- 🌟 The inclusive spa package for two people with four massages each and full use of facilities was great value for money.
- 🌟 It would be beneficial to have more loungers or chairs in the spa area.
- 🌟 The hotel itself is large with restaurants, a bar area, live music, and plenty of seating areas. It is also conveniently located near popular attractions like the London Eye.
- 💫 While one guest enjoyed their time at the spa overall with excellent customer service from Sara who showed them around, they found the swimming pool packed with noisy children. However, they appreciated the gym facilities and rated Sara’s helpfulness highly.
- 💫 Another visitor had a wonderful relaxing experience and highly recommended their muscle ease massage but wished they could have extended their time at the spa.
- 💔 However, there was one negative review stating that it was a terrible experience due to lack of peace and quiet.
