- 👍 Room was nicely decorated, but lacked shampoo and hairdryer (promptly provided by reception)
- 👎 No phone in the room to contact reception, which was inconvenient due to lack of lift and steep staircases
- 😊 All staff were friendly and helpful
- 😐 Good location with nice 24h reception, but rooms need maintenance
- 😶 Bathroom had mould and water spray issues from the shower head, towel had marks on it
- 😱 Hotel in urgent need of maintenance – carpets, walls, furniture all deteriorating
- ✨ Breakfast is basic with no croissants; biscuits for breakfast are considered strange
- 🗣️ Mixed opinions on value for money – not horrible for London standards but could be greatly improved with work
