Mad Lillies is a popular, well established, buzzy, friendly and sophisticated hairdressing salon in the heart of Hampstead London. We have been styling,cutting and colouring the hair of locals and celebrities in the area for over 20 years and have established a reputation for bespoke professional service second to none. Our salon is so successful it thrives on that traditional mark of a good salon – word of mouth recommendations, which make up the majority of our business. This is the local hair salon in Hampstead with everything you would expect from the West End of London except of course the congestion charge.

I have been a client at Mad Lillies for a very long time now and I never cease to be amazed by how the staff there make me feel. It is such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I always feel welcome and well looked after. Olga has changed my view of hairdressers – she is so in tune with me and my hair. I have absolute confidence in her professionally and I know that she knows instinctively what will be good for me. I trust and value her opinion more than my own. The shampooists all seem to have had training in head massage as I have had some wonderfully relaxing and beautiful experiences. They too contribute to the general feeling of well-being during visits to his fantastic salon. However, I must say that I just love Olga to bits and she is a skilled and talented hair artist, as well as being warm and f friendly. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I will continue to visit regularly even though I no longer live in London. Thank you for being the best!

First time back post Lockdown. Marvellous experience. Having it done at home is NOT the same. I needed to feel treasured plus get a great haircut. I’d missed their incredible head massages , Cappoccinos, and the warm welcome from everyone. My hairdresser gave me the haircut I wanted, with lovely conversation, I left feeling refreshed. I’ll be back.

I’ve been a regular customer here for quite a long time. I wouldn’t switch to another salon because the stylists, colourists, receptionists, and entire team are amazing. Always leave feeling awesome. Highly recommend Mad Lillies; you’re also offered a coffee/tea upon arrival along with a few sweets, which make you feel so welcomed.

Finally able to return to the salon for my post-lockdown haircut. Julia has cut both my and my daughter’s hair for a number of years and we both always leave feeling fabulous. It’s quite a trek to the salon from where we live, but I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thanks Julia!
