- 🏢 The building is quite old and has issues with cleaning and maintenance.
- 🚫 Communication with the staff before, during, and after the stay was difficult.
- 📺 The TV was not working, and despite requesting maintenance, it remained non-functional for the entire stay due to a cable issue.
- 🛀 Requesting a change of towels required 48 hours’ notice, which seemed unusual.
- ✈️ arranging a trip from/to the airport was also challenging due to communication problems.
- 💼 There were misunderstandings regarding payment receipts that were never received.
