Super helpful staff responded to my email enquiry promptly. As I wasn’t able to collect from the store, the sent my salt and pepper mills by post and they arrived carefully packaged and very quickly! Lovely shop with lots of lovely items.

Poor service! We had to wait for her to finish the chit-chat with someone outside the store.
After that no apologies, nothing! We felt unwelcome and definitely won’t visit this store again. For a local shop, customer service was unbelievably poor.

Poorest service I have ever experienced! We ordered a £60 sale bin from their website on 7th July, received an order confirmation. They took out the money and we never heard from them since!
No communication AT ALL. We called on 12th July and No apologies…were told it will be ready for collection on 15th July.No call or confirmation on the Friday.
19th July we called again.We were told they would call back the same day….yeah right!
Today, I cancelled the ordered. They were, “Sorry for the inconvenience,” and wanted to put me on hold again while they locate it?? I ALREADY mentioned I wanted a refund.
I wouldn’t recommend this store to an anyone.
