• 🤝 Mr. Amin Swati, in particular, went above and beyond to help arrange the trip, and the reviewer is extremely grateful for his assistance.
• ❤️ The group leaders, Brother Yaseen and Moulana Haleem, won the reviewer’s heart and were always available to help solve problems.
• 😔 However, the Mufti in the group did not impress both this reviewer and other group members with his attitude. This was a consistent issue throughout the trip.
• 😡 Another gentleman responsible for accommodation in Mecca had a laid-back attitude with an aggressive behavior towards Hajis. The reviewer found his dealings shocking.
• 💼 While accommodation in Medina (Saja Medina) and Mecca (Retaj Al Bait) was good overall, it didn’t meet expectations as per their quad-sharing package in Mecca specifically.
• ✨ Despite this disappointment, meeting different people who were nice and cooperative made up for it to some extent.
