Three other staff members dismissed the customer’s concerns until Maria stepped in and confirmed their understanding using an iPad and speaking with the branch manager.

The staff at the information desk initially said it would be done after approval by the manager at the end of the day. However, there was a miscommunication, and it took several hours for them to finally resolve it.
