🙁 The customer had a terrible experience with Lilicloth’s customer service. They felt that the company was untrustworthy and had the worst customer service they’ve encountered.
🛍️ The shopper initially liked the cozy outfits and decided to purchase several items, including pajamas and T-shirts.
🔄 However, returning the items became a nightmare. There was no free return label, and multiple steps were required, including taking a photo of the post office receipt.
💸 Instead of offering a full refund, Lilicloth suggested keeping the unwanted items for a 40% refund. This led to lengthy back-and-forth emails.
🔁 The reviewer eventually returned two additional items that were mistakenly sent but faced more challenges proving they shipped them.
😫 Sadly, this unresolved situation has been causing ongoing stress since early this year for the upset customer.
