No goods, no refund…poor to no communication

I placed an order in December but my goods never arrived. I emailed and was advised that my order had been lost and was promised a refund. I’m still waiting. I’ve been advised a manager will call me to confirm my refund will be sent, but it never happens…. Still waiting 6 weeks later. Not to be trusted…
